Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, selected university, and quotation-request information. Clinic accounts also require a phone number, trade license, and VAT certificate. The website does not collect payment information.
Why we use it
We use this information to verify accounts, protect private pricing, save quote baskets, answer requests, prevent misuse, and meet operational and legal obligations. Account holders are not added to marketing campaigns without separate consent.
Service providers and access
Cloudflare provides site hosting, the database, and private R2 document storage. Resend delivers verification and quotation emails. Access to clinic documents is restricted to authorized account administrators. These providers may process information outside the UAE subject to applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention and security
Verification codes expire after ten minutes and login sessions expire after thirty days. We retain account, quotation, and document records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or business obligations, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer required. We use encrypted connections, access controls, and private storage, although no online service is completely risk-free.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
